Hello to home owners. Three years ago I was able to care for my girlfriend’s organic farm in Montana while she and her husband went to Alaska for a month. They have chickens, geese, cats and a lovely dog. I was able to keep up with the watering, weeding, general garden and lawn needs (they had a mowing service) and hiked with their dog as much as he could tolerate. I would gather eggs and assure the chickens were safe in their chicken coop at night. Additionally all animals were fed and watered as required.
I also care for my neighbor’s dog when they are out of town, feeding, walking and offering assurances to the owners if there are issues or if all is going well.
I have cared for other pets as needed, rescuing a Pomeranian from a busy intersection on Christmas Eve, luckily found the owner the next day via the embedded chip and help with a 24 hour veterinary service in my local area.
I do not have my own pets, being single and with my previous traveling jobs, it did not make a caring and happy environment for any pets.

I can't say enough good things about Gloria. She took fabulous care of our two small dogs, my outdoor plants and my home. One of the dogs she cared for is very anxious around strangers but loved Gloria! Communication was always clear and prompt both before we left and while we were gone. Our trip was that much more enjoyable knowing that our pets and home were taken well care of while we were gone. It was a blessing that I found her!

This is the second time Gloria has pet sit for me in my home in less than 6 months. Just like the first time, she did a wonderful job. It's so nice to have peace of mind when I'm gone. And she gives that to me!
If Gloria agrees to house sit for you you hit the lottery! I cannot say enough good things about Gloria, she went so far above and beyond to take care of my animals and my home. She is one of the kindest people I have met. I will have her sit anytime I am gone. I can't say enough good things.
