We have been RVing full time across the U.S. and Canada for a year then we've needed to interrupt our travels to return to Colorado for medical procedures. Since then we have been enjoying housesitting in places like the Colorado mountains to upper Washington state, California and now back in Eugene Oregon for a second long term housesitting stay until mid-May. This was our third housesit and by far our best. Thom & Kevin are a delightful couple and dynamo team when caring for beloved pets and watching over your home. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and requesting a few video chats/interviews prior to meeting. Throughout this process they asked really good questions and offered valuable feedback to us the homeowners. They even took the initiative to water both indoor and outdoor plants on their own, so appreciated this gesture ... MoreThis was our third housesit and by far our best. They even took the initiative to water both indoor and outdoor plants on their own, so appreciated this gesture and attention to detail. They loved caring for the hens and enjoyed all the fresh eggs. Our big dogs could barely be bothered to greet us when we returned home; that’s how relaxed and happy they’d been under Thom & Kevin’s care! We wouldn’t hesitate to have the fellas sit for us again.

Kevin and Thom have been super kind since the very beginning of our interactions. They traveled to visit us prior to finalizing the house/cat sit and their love for cats was obvious even on the first visit. They showed a lot of patience with both our cats, (particularly with our can-be-difficult cat) and have been very communicative, adaptive, and responsive to our asks.
