You are so close to so many things. SF, Half Moon Bay, day trips to Monterey or Carmel. Our neighborhood is filled with trees and is lovely. Lots of hills to walk in if you want to get some exercise in. We have friends and neighbors close by should you need any help. My village is amazing :)
