I'm in beautiful Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM) on the edge of O'Neill Regional Park. Nice condo with all the amenities and perks. I have a digital movie and TV show collection of over 2000 shows. So you can binge to your hearts desire. If you love to cook, I have every cooking gadget there is and my place is stocked with all the gourmet necessities you'll need. My complex has a great pool and Jacuzzi. 20 minutes by car to San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, and amazing OC Shopping.

Charlie is a 7 year old mix Lab Pit and he's great! Independent, Simple walk and food in the morning and evening. Doesn't need constant attention and can be left alone in the house for hours and hours with no issues. I have a regular 9 to 5 and he just wanders around the house during the day. Perches up on the balcony and then sleeps for the rest. Oh the guilt you will fee when he stares at you from the balcony as you drive away. There's a picture of that in the ad lol. If he wants to go out, he's got a bell he rings! Super chill and enjoys sitting on the balcony and just watch people go by. Doesn't bark unless needed. Loves eating his toys but doesn't enjoy other dogs, he eats those too :)
