Amara was an excellent property caretaker for our remote 120 acres in the mountains above the Central Valley, where we are creating a yoga retreat and are in the midst of extensive renovations. She stayed for 5 weeks. She's a trooper! With a property this remote, it is essential to have a presence onsite at all times. What a gem is the lovely Amara! She took excellent care of my two cats and home for two weeks. She is very responsible and conscientious. She showed up on time and carefully followed through with all instructions. Amara takes her responsibilities seriously and communicates clearly and effectively. She reached out with a few questions to make sure the cats and garden were well cared for and I'm glad she did as one of my kitties is very skittish and her presence was calming for the poor boy! ... Amara did an excellent job taking care of my kitty and numerous houseplants. She came prepared with lots of questions, to ensure that every detail was covered for my month-long absence. A few unexpected things happened while I was gone (the garbage disposal broke, the spark arrester fell off my chimney), and she dealt with them competently. Whenever I emailed her for updates, she replied immediately. When I returned home, the house was spotless, and she even left food for me so that I didn't ... Amara was a great pet sitter and house sitter! She spent a lot of time at our home which was wonderful for our puppy and two kitties. She has great attention to detail and our house was very tidy upon our arrival back home. We were very pleased with all of Amara's care and effort!
