It’s a one bedroom apartment on the second floor, has a lot of natural light. Has a TV, a big sofa, a queen bed, and work station. It’s not the largest, but definitely a good amount of space. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is also a window A/C unit that can be easily installed. Also comes with my bicycle. I’m not the best at taking pics so if you want I can also send a video of the place (I think it's way prettier and larger than the pictures make it out to be...).

The cats are extremely easy. They love and need human interaction and affection (each in his own way). They just need food once/twice a day, and their water changed. Litter is cleaned once a week (pellets, so just throw away the waste), and their water fountain every 4 days. Unfortunately, one of the cats is a bit territorial which why other pets are not welcome.
