Our home

Our home was fully renovated, to the studs, in 2023-24 and features:

• Two generously sized independent bedrooms -- either of which you can sleep in -- with walk-in closets. One features a king, the other a queen. If you need to work, the smaller bedroom features a desk with laptop dock (usb-c) connecting to a keyboard, mouse, Web cam and 27-inch monitor.
• A studio space, which is used to teach private yoga sessions. You're welcome to use the yoga mats and props.

• Two and a half baths. One of the bathrooms has a 6-foot soaking tub.
• Open concept kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee setup and walk-in pantry.
• Large, plant-filled living/dining room with semi-vaulted ceiling. There's a 50-inch TV with a few streaming options, including Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV. You can also use your log-ins.
• Washer & dryer.
• Central air conditioning.
• High-speed Wi-Fi.
• Off-street parking (not that you really need it).

**The landscaping is the last outstanding project. There is outdoor space, but it's not all that inviting.

King Bartholomew is an 8-year-old, 85-pound lab-pit mix who loves nothing more than lounging.

We give King three 10-to-15-minute walks per day, morning, afternoon and night. As it gets hotter here in the sub-tropics, he'll start to flag after less than 10 minutes.

King is an extremely easy and low maintenence dog, but he can be challenging on walks due to his strong prey drive for cats. We use a prong collar and avoid walking routes where he'd be likely to have a run-in, but it is important to remain alert and ready to respond should his prey drive kick in. We have other precautions we put in to place to keep him and the neighborhood cats safe, which we will review with you.

He eats two meals a day, usually around 9am and 5:30pm. However, he is very adaptable.
