Our home

House is 1967 mid-century modern on hillside family neighborhood in small safe college town. There are 3 baths and 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are not used (I have one, dogs have one); one bed is on ground floor. There are 2784 square feet interior, with 3 outside terraces and an upstairs deck which gives the dogs access to the fenced back yard via open dog door. Side and front yards are planted and may require watering. Zone heating and cooling as well as central heat.

3 dogs: plott/feist mix (Lula), blue heeler/Boston terrier mix (Opie), beagle/terrier mix (Sunshine) (the first two are older; all were rescues). Open crates and greet them around 8 am; feed them a mix of kibble and canned; brief walk followed by treat; monitor water dishes; ensure access to fenced yard; give occasional treats and love; see them to crates early evening. Soothe Opie during thunderstorms.
