Our home

Our home is located in beautiful Boulder County, Colorado in the suburb of Lafayette, only 15-20 min from downtown Boulder. Locally we have two downtown areas with plenty of restaurants and shops and nearby grocery stores. Our home on a 1/3 acre of land facing walking paths with a large patio, multiple garden beds and lawn. Locally we have two downtown areas with plenty of restaurants and shops and nearby grocery stores. Our home on a 1/3 acre of land facing walking paths with a large patio, multiple garden beds and lawn. If you stayed here we have a lovely guest room with a queen bed and a private bath in our finished basement, which also includes a small workout area with weights, a large couch and big screen tv.

We have 3 pets and 1 reptile (snake). The snake does not need any care, except to give it water a few times a week, which can be done without opening the cage, and it lives upstairs in my son's room. We have a cattle dog mix named Blaze who is 4 years old. He requires daily walk - 1 in the morning for at least 45-1 hour and 1 walk or playtime in the evening. Our 2 cats are very easy - 1 is a strictly indoor cat (Autumn) and the other (Kunaya) likes to live both inside and outside. She will often spend the night outside, especially in the summer!

It would be great if the caretaker could mow the lawn 1-2 times while we are gone. We have an electric motored mower, so no gas. We have a few houseplants around that need watering, but other than that our house is fairly low maintenance.

We have 1 very active dog who will need one good walk/hike once a day and fetch 1-2 times a day. We also have 2 cats who are very low maintenance. One is an indoor only cat and the other likes to come and go outside. There is a snake in the house, but he only needs water every 2-3 days and that can be done without opening the cage.
