Our home

We have a 2-story 3-bedroom home that has a family room where we watch tv, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, large kitchen, dining room, deck + yard, at the end of the cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood located 1 mile from historic downtown Franklin, TN! We don't park cars in our attached garage, but have our workout equipment in there that you are welcome to use (except for the indoor bike). Our washer & dryer are also in the garage. We are in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood only 1 mile from historic, quaint downtown Franklin, TN! There is also a great park with a walking trail nearby. We have lovely, friendly neighbors. Franklin has great restaurants and shopping and we are just 20 miles south of downtown Nashville!

We have 2 indoor-only cats and 1 friendly sheepadoodle. Our cats, Rosie & Archie, have a timed feeder, so only need to make sure the water dispenser has water in it. Their litter boxes need to be scooped once a day. Our 7 year old sheepadoodle (Old English Sheepdog/Poodle mix), Melly, loves being with people! She also loves playing frisbee and walks. We feed her 2-3x a day and make sure she gets out plenty to play and potty. She is trained and obeys commands like 'go lay down', etc.

Minimal - Honestly, it depends on the time of year. In the winter months there is nothing to do. In the warmer months, we will need our plants watered.

We are Chad & Meeka, married 35 years and have 3 grown children. Chad is a counselor and Meeka works remotely as a project manager. We love cycling, hiking, spending time with our kids and friends!
