Our home

We are looking for one house sitter for our two kitties; Jacky and Phillipe. Responsible, non-smoker, female who loves kitties.
Responsibilities include feeding kitties, and changing litter box every day. Taking in the mail and placing trash containers out for pickup.

We are 4 miles from Old Town where there are numerous restaurants and shops. Old Town has many miles of bike trails. We are 1 1/2 hours from Rocky Mountain National Park and 15 minutes from Cache La Poudre Canyon with hiking trails. Lowry State Park 10 minutes away has easy walking trails. Active senior center with pool and services. Cheyenne, WY is 40 minutes north, home to historical museums.

A potential sitter needs to make sure the house is secure when gone during the day. Our dates are tentative by a day or two.

The area is quiet with lots of trees and has access to a hiking trail by the lake. Close to Poudre Canyon, Cheyenne and Laramie, Wy. Rocky Mt. National Park is 1 1/2 hr south of us.
Close to Old Town and a Saturday Farmers Market and the Downtown Library. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

Jacky is a 7 year old Savannah. She will cuddle on your lap in the evening. Phillipe, a 6 year old long haired white and black kitty, was adopted from the Laramie PAWS shelter 2 years ago. He will let you know when he wants his ears scratched. They will both sleep on the bed but not together. He tends to want to play rough, whereas she doesn't.

We are a retired couple who enjoy traveling in the West and every few years abroad. We hope a sitter would enjoy the hiking and bike trails nearby. A bike can be made available.

This sit receives my highest recommendation Mike and Lili are great to sit for, their cats Tache and Jackie are lovely, fun, and affectionate, and their home and gardens are beautiful. I very much enjoyed house sitting for Lili and Michael, their home was beautiful and very clean. The kitties were a joy, so much personalities and sweet. Loved my evening cuddle with Tache and chuckled at Jacques cat demands. I would be excited to sit for them again.
