Our home

Large 5700 square foot house overlooking Salt Lake valley and the mountains. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, fully stocked kitchen with four separate refrigerators. Beautiful elevated deck overlooking spacious backyard and waterfall feature. Peaceful neighborhood without any significant through traffic. Two great, quiet neighbors on either side. Set of stairs to front entryway as well as two sets of stairs inside. Driveway is large with some incline.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Stunning views of the mountains. Neighbors (and neighborhood) is upper middle class suburban, quiet and essentially crime free. Supermarkets and shopping are approximately 10 minutes drive from the house. Summer conditions are pleasant, sometimes hot in July-August, with winters occasionally snowy.

9 year old sweet Chocolate Lab, very well behaved. Loves 10 minutes of mild frisbee throwing in backyard a day and a couple of walks; he gets arthritis meds with his morning meal. Three indoor cats aged 1 year to 18 years old, a little shy but no meds with meals. Any open doors are a concern for cats potential for escape.

Chocolate Lab gets 1.5 tablets of Galliprant with morning meal. No meds for cats.
