We can help with:
House-Sitting with Pets OR House-Sitting - No Pets

BASIC House Sitting Services; Minding Home (being available for scheduled service providers, relay important information to homeowners, lock doors, shut windows), Mail Collection, Garbage/Recycling, Indoor (house) Plant Care (up to 5 plants).

BASIC Pet Services: Feeding (keeping food and water bowls filled or fed according to schedule provided), let in/out to fenced yard (doggie door and/or off leash) for potty breaks, clean out litter box.

Medicine Administration may be requested - pill packets or mixed with food. No injections. No Grooming Services provided.

What are your travel dates?
What is your address? City/Town and major cross streets are fine for starters - just so we have a general area of where you are located.

What type(s) of Pets? How many of each?
Please include dog breed and weight.
Do you have a fenced yard for play/exercise and potty breaks?
Does your pet require medication, special food preparation, special assistance?
Does your pet have behavior traits we should be made aware of?

We can also provide BASIC HOME SERVICES!
(1) Mail Collection (2) Putting Garbage/Recycling bins to curb
(3) Indoor Plant Care (4)Being available for scheduled service providers),
* We do not provide lawn or pool maintenance

Are there any SPECIAL CONDITIONS concerning the home?
Do others live in or on the property?
Any products not permitted in home? For example, No meat products or only eco-friendly products (to be provided by homeowner).

** OUR REQUIREMENTS::
- Designated parking space, garage, or driveway to park our mini-van (not paid, general or street parking)
- A bedroom with at least a queen-size bed for us to sit as a couple, or a twin or larger for "solo" sits (depending upon availability).
- Onsite stable and secure Internet connection minimum 25 Mbps (download, 3 Mbps upload)
- Room in your fridge and freezer for our groceries. We are Gluten Free and Vegetarian so we cook 'at home'.

We hired Marylou and Michael to pet sit my parents' 2 dogs while they went to California for Thanksgiving for a little over a week. Their profile and application was fantastic! My parents were so impressed that they hired them right on the spot - well after a a three hour "interview" LOL which was mostly just chatting about pets, caring for them and other house matters. They are very caring, responsible, and trustworthy. They did a great job taking care of their dogs as well as their home. They made my parents feel very comfortable and at ease. We video chatted with them several times and the dogs were having a ball! My parents were very uneasy and uncomfortable having "strangers" come into their home and take care of their dogs but Marylou and Michael made a very stressful situation a delightful experience for my parents and I will always be grateful to them for that. We will hire them again!

Marylou and Michael are wonderful house-sitters, They helped us while we were away for two months. Not only are they kind and honest, they took care of our cat who is going through kidney and liver issues. I also have a million houseplants and they were able to water them properly. I would not hesitate to have them sit for us again and again! They were respectful of our home and left it like it was. I highly recommend them!

"I have a senior dog that needs some extra attention and they were fantastic! They sent me pictures while I was away. They made sure he was fed and received all of his medications. They were available last minute and even made time to stop by and introduce themselves before the job. They made it much easier to leave my fur baby because I knew he was in good hands!

We have used Marylou 3 times and Marylou and Michael 2 times and it’s always a pleasure! My pets look forward to their time with Marylou and Michael and we love how they take care of everything— house, pets, communication. Trustworthy and professional!!! We would love to hire again… and again!! Very reliable and kind people.
Marylou and Michael did a wonderful job with the housesitting/pet sitting job we had for 12 days. They were very communicative while we were gone and took great care of our two dogs, bunny, and 6 chickens along with our house. We came home to a very clean house and two clean dogs and it made our return stress free. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!
They were both great; reliable, responsible, and very friendly. I would love to have them back.
We are so happy with the state of our home and pets upon our return! They did an amazing job and communication was great. We highly recommend them as they are both very kind, trustworthy, reliable, caring, and dependable.
Marylou and Michael were top shelf on all counts for our short house/cat sit. Will not hesitate reach out for our future needs. Thx to both of you.

Marylou and Michael are wonderful! We left our house, puppy, and cats in their care and it was a great experience! They are very professional people. They took care of everything so that we could enjoy our trip. I would use them again in a heartbeat and look forward to working with them in the future. They are reliable and trustworthy. Marylou and Michael took such loving care of our doggie (plus my daughter's dog added last minute). They were so accommodating and certainly left our apartment spotless. Highly recommended!
