Our home

Bungalow or rancher style, with a lot nearby.
Inside has an open living room/dining area layout with doorway to the full kitchen with induction range and a back door leading to outside. There's a hallway leading to the upstairs bathroom, a bedroom (storage at the moment) and my master bedroom.
You have the guest queen bedroom room and private bathroom downstairs.
(If you have difficulty with any stairs this might be a good fit for you). Clean sheets and laundry room are available.

The front yard is under reclamation for landscaping to come, while the backyard facing Pikes Peak and mountain range is lush with greenery, seating areas, many trees and flowerbeds, in season. If you like walking, out the back gate you are steps to one of the biggest most beautiful parks in town, Monument Valley.

Theres two back patio areas out back. One, with umbrella awning, gas grill and aspens, the other patio is tucked in an often shady space with bench swing by the water fountain and more flower beds.

Our pets

Bella is a small, chill, indoor/outdoor, 4 year old cat. She is sweet, chill and spoiled with her three square meals a day.
What can I say, I'm home, I eat, she eats.
She has a door to access outside and she comes and goes all day. I make sure she's in by dark and then reopen her door in the morning at breakfast.
She rarely uses her litterbox inside, preferring out doors somewhere I've never seen for that business. She LOVES being outside, but usually hangs near the house back patios or within calling distance. My immediate neighbors all know and like her.

Our garden

Minimal - I have reduced my yardwork to the back half of my home. The front is mulched, the back, facing the mountains, is pretty lush. I have an auto sprinkler for most of the yard and flower beds, but if an area looks in need of some water, twenty minutes or so with a the garden hose should take care of it,
I also have a garden water fountain I think you'll enjoy swinging by in the shade. Very sarene, and the fountain needs water added from garden hose about every other day, five minutes or so, depends how hot it is outside.
